In each case, NY Class did a superb job. The workers were very pleasant and prepared, as well as highly productive. My wife and I have no complaints, but only praise for NY Class.

Where to begin...... From beginning to end, NY Class Construction delivered satisfaction at a level higher than my greatest expectation. The project began with Mr. Class himself performing the walkthrough and creating the visual masterpiece that is still enjoyed by my guest today. From the color schemes to various interconnecting parts, I was able to forecast how my new home would look and the feel I would get. I envisioned this project to be an investment and was willing to spend what is necessary to achieve the look that I wanted, however NY Class Construction was very understanding and flexible to my budget and often introduced creative ways to maximize my dollar. I learned more about my space in the few months of construction than I did in my 20 years of living at this location. Out with Old and In with the New Construction began with the professional demolition team that took care and precaution as to not damage any merchandise or hardware that I requested to remain. The team removed old carpeting, sinks, walls, bathroom furniture, kitchen appliances as well as a toilet and a large tub. With my apartment bare to the beams, Mr. Class then walked me through phase two and how my vision would begin to materialize. The project continued with installation of the new sheet rock to the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Mr. Class was then alerted by his team to a mold problem in my bathroom that I was unaware of. I was given a brief but important lesson in the dangers of this growing fungus under my bathroom tiles and the absolute need for its removal. Once all of the new sheet rock was installed throughout the apartment, the delivery of the new floors and hardware arrived. As the team began to install the new hardwood floors, Mr. Class reminded me of the fact that I would no longer need to purchase those pricey vacuum bags and I was immediately overwhelmed with the joy of the future savings. The team took extreme care when making the precise cuts to the wood in order to create a flawless fit throughout the apartment. Now that all floors and walls were complete, It was time for installation of the new hardware. The team took each individual piece and installed it with care and balance. Prior to moving to the next phase, each piece was tested for workability and fit. In the kitchen, the team installed a new granite countertop, sink, oven, refrigerator and saving the best for last, custom cut cabinets. Mr. Class created a vision for the kitchen space and determined that the best course of action to achieve this would be to manually cut each piece of cabinet. The most impressive part was the ability for the team to rotate several cabinets in order to offer a more modern style while creating more space for usage. I was to say the least, mesmerized by the final product. In the bathroom, new tiles were installed along with a new vanity, toilet and glass shower. To wrap the project up, a fresh coat of paint was professionally rolled by the team, who took care in removing any and all imperfections to create a more flush finish. NY Class Construction delivered a personal touch, and was very accommodating to changes. The team was always punctual, professional and hardworking. Mr. Class and his office staff were always available via phone and in person to address any and all of my concerns. I would recommend with the highest of ratings to anyone looking for the personal touch as well as a dedicated company to achieving your vision and then some.

I feel that Hector Class and his Office Manager were very easy to work with and were always responsive in addressing any questions we had or if we wanted to change something.

Our experience with NY Class Construction was very very positive, always.  First, all the work was done carefully and skillfully.  The apartment looks just beautiful and we are always asked who did the work.  All the members of the construction crew were very competent and worked in a professional manner.  Moreover, they were very reliable, and began work early and worked the full day.  There never was a time that they did not show up when expected.  The crew also was very careful not to damage our furniture and other possessions that were in the apartment, and cleaned up at the end of every workday.  We live in a co-op, and the superintendent was very pleased that NY Class Construction followed all the co-op rules regarding alterations. Perhaps most important, the workers are trustworthy and very pleasant, and treat your home with respect.

We found the president of NY Class Construction, Hector Class, to be very helpful in terms of showing us ways to improve some of the changes we wanted, and in sending us to vendors/stores where we found the materials/products we needed at a better price than we had originally found.  He also took the time to meet with us when we made certain purchases in order to advise us on any potential problems regarding fit, etc. with what we had selected, and to provide accurate measurements (e.g., kitchen cabinets).  There never was an issue with the estimates he provided, and the jobs always came in at the quoted prices, which we felt were very fair.  Additionally, he was always available to answer our questions and always responsive to any concerns we had.

We are thoroughly happy with the jobs done, with the way our apartment was transformed, and we would definitely call NY Class Construction if we have work we want done in the future.

They were on time on their completion, the crew was great to work with clean and considerate.  They worked tirelessly and on weekends to get my place ready on time, even when scope was added.  They did careful work. Hector and his office manager, Jennifer, were great communicators and were responsive.  I am an interior designer and have used him for clients many times before using him on my home.  There was no one else I considered, their plaster work is amazing.  They really care about doing their job well and I enjoy working with them.
