Terrible. For several days, NSI disputed that the extended warranty was in force. Eventually, they assigned the matter to A & E Mechanical to do the work (see separate report on that fiasco). It seemed that every attempt to deny doing the work was employed and only through my perseverance was it overcome.

I CALLED THEM AND THEY TURNED AROUND AND CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND I HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES AND WAIT TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY DRYER WAS FINALLY FIXED. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
