I highly recommend Nice and Fast construction. In addition to impecable work, the professionalism is to be commended. Once the work was completed my building was left clean. It was almost like no work was done. Ahâ ¦.and I was left with a beautiful roof and chimney. The owner Mr. Jaime was very thorough explaining the work, providing options, and most importantly he gave us follow up calls to make sure everything was ok. The thing I liked the most was as soon as I gave him the deposit They came back ASP to start the job I didn't have to worry about calling them to see when will they get started.. We worked out a reasonable price as well. My roof looks great now. They also replace my gutters. I would definitely use them again. In fact I plan to get them to Do my leaf filters In the near future.

My experience with Nice and Fast Construction was entirely positive throughout all stages of the project. They came right over, gave a clear estimate, preparing an electronic itemized invoice, and scheduled the work to take place at a mutually convenient time. They showed up on time, and updated me with pictures as the work progressed throughout the day. Their work was professional, efficient and clean. Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Nice and Fast recently performed some repairs on our roof. We had 6 existing drains on our flat roof replaced with new aluminum drains. Areas around the new drains and areas near vents were all sealed using a new silicone based roof extender. Nice and Fast were knowledgeable and professional during the job. We also appreciated the fact that they were prompt. The price for the job was also very reasonable considering the quality of work performed.

I hired him to repair a flat roof, my issue is he gave me a 5 year warranty and would not honor within the same year. I had asked him to supply pictures of before and after, but he never did. Before the year was over the roof was leaking again in the exact same area and they would not return to redo the work!!!
