If this is the company that a guy named John is running, I would strongly ask you to stay away. Their estimate might be the cheapest among others, but their work is the worst. They were so unprofessional, extremely rude (yelling and insulting the customer seem to be their work policy), and damaged my piano and floor badly.  (Of course, no insurance so they won't pay you a penny for the damage.)
They even threatened me to sue me and leave the piano on the sidework if I didn't follow their "way of doing business".
if you look at their website, you'll see how NOT trustworthy they are, they don't have any address, they only have one cell number.
I truly regret that I hired them based on the price, but it's too late, the horrible damage was done (both mentally and physically), and the only thing that I can do is to prevent the further disaster with other people.
