NARROWS MANAGEMENT OF BAY RDG

They are fantastic at cashing your'e checks and not doing crap. Nothing but excuses, they never get anything done have to send them a 1000 emails. Its a family business but somehow there is always miscommunication in the office ( so they say) or they are on a vacation or someone in their family is sick so you have to wait a YEAR. I have had leaks in my apartment from the outside of the building. In a coop I am not allowed to fix anything unless it is in my apartment all else is done by the building. As the buildings managing agent and representative he came to assess my apartment a couple years ago because i had not only damage to my apartment ( ceiling, window sills,window frames, wood floors) Possible wood rot from 8 years of neglect from my board but he told them I had no damage he saw nothing. I need to be honest that I do have some issues with my board because of this. But he played it both ways he suggested to me not to pay my maintenance than told them he saw no damage. I have uploaded photos. I have a 10,000 dresser that belonged to my parents that is very sentimental to me that is damaged. after squabbling with my board for along time we came to a pathetic agreement on my end but I would sign a release...6 months later he still couldn't get a release to me. Even the board thought the time frame was excessive. They are not on it. They are sloppy, lazy, inefficient, stupid and dishonest.
