 + 1 moreNick was terrific! First, he squeezed us in on relatively short notice. He then worked long hours to get the job done, even putting in several hours on Christmas Eve Day. He took stock of our needs, asked a lot of questions, and gave great advice. The painting itself is terrific; we've found no mistakes/problems. We're about to move into the place and we expect that there will be some minor damage to the paint job during the move -- and Nick has offered to come back and do some touch-up work for us. Beyond that, he guarantees his work for a year. Overall, we couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Nick painted our entire apartment: kitchen, living room/dining room, two bedrooms, office, halls, and two bathrooms. He repaired cracks as necessary. And he treated our wood window frames.

 + -1 moreHe used a primer and two coats over that, it was a large job and an oil final coat.
Description of Work: He opened up all the cracks, he spackled, he did especially a great job on a part of the wall with water damage and I think he had to use a special coating, that was by a skylight.

 + -1 moreNick came to us and gave us an estimate. He told us that the work would take 2 days because he needed the first paint layer to dry after the first day. He came to us at the times arranged and did a very excellent job.
Description of Work: Nick painted our bathroom; including the light fixtures and towel holders.
