They didn't send the person I talked with on the phone. They sent a very young guy which was fine but he was not able to solve my problem. I was hoping to have a web design done by that company but since I didn't have such a great experience, I decided to look elsewhere. They wanted to charge me $100 and I said absolutely no. They kept sending me invoices but I didn't pay them and eventually they stopped. The principal guy seemed very personable. I actually registered my domain with them so I am sort of linked to them.
