They're wonderful. You don't need an appointment but of course it's better if you come in early. They have it done within a couple of hours, they call promptly. If they found something, they would call, let us know what needed to be done, how long we could wait if we didn't want to do it right away, and the cost. They were very good at communicating, very comfortable with people, very straight forward, and I have found them to be very honest. He won't do something if it doesn't need to be done.
