Description of Work: Emilio came to our apt to do a wood floor estimate. He never called or texted with the actual written estimate after our appointment.

Description of Work: Removed old kitchen, installed new cabinets, moved gas line, installed D.W, stove, put in new outlets, ran electric line, tiled the backsplash, repaired flooring.

Description of Work: They remodel my Bathroom from starch,that looks really appealing.

Description of Work: They refinished our floors, did some painting, and did some additions to the house.

Description of Work: He replaced my circuit breaker and gave me an estimate for insulating an electrical socket.

Description of Work: I had them quote a job that involved fixing a brownstone fixing above a door.

Description of Work: They fixed two door that kept falling of the hinges and replaced an outlet and replaced 7 crack tiles with thin setting grout. They are also working on giving me on estimate for 24 windows and two hallway sensors that will work in conjunction with my lights.

Description of Work: These two skilled men gutted,expanded and rebuilt my tiny and ancient 5'x6' bath to include a small closet, airshaft and hallway and created a lovely bath with floor to ceiling tile. The tiles are laid in two different patterns on concrete. MPH moved both the plumbing and electrical to accommodate the new fixtures. MPH also installed a wall with pocket doors dividing a large room next to the new bathroom and created another entrance to this large room.

Description of Work: MPH did a wonderful job with my kitchen and bath renovation. They provided a great quote that matched the project. (They beat out 6 other quotes that were thousands of dollars off target). My kitchen and bath needed gut renovation down to the subfloor in preparation for a quick apartment sale. The fine guys at MPH were very professional. They worked within my condo building's rules and regulations governing construction hours, site cleanup, trash clean up. They were very courteous towards other neighbors and building staff. The kitchen was completely gut renovated. They took out old appliances, ran new electric lines for a new microwave oven appliance, rerouted the dishwasher electric hookup. They took out the original concrete floor tile backing (it was an unexpected job that was very laborious..but they didn't charge me overage, but happily completed the job!). They leveled the floor beautifully (other contractors said they would use gimmicks like cabinet leg adjustments!!). They installed cabinets, backsplash tile, appliances, upgraded lighting, painting and took care of any plumbing details that surfaced. They also simultaneously did the bath renovation. They gutted the floor and tub surround tiles, removed the original bath tub (500 pounds heavy!) and toilet. They installed separate shutoff valves for the shower fixture. In all their work was simply thorough, paying very close attention to detail and craftsmanship. They worked with me in designing the rooms and picking materials. They have excellent contact with suppliers and many times were able to get items for me without me having to worry about transportation details. I can't stress enough the focus on quality MPH puts into their work. They absolutely do not compromise on quality. If extra work is needed to do the job right, they will do it -- without adjusting the quote. Thanks to MPH, the project completed early and I was able to put my apartment on the market on schedule! I found a serious buyer for my unit in 5 days! I am rehiring them to renovate my new apartment next!
