Great contractor very professional

Modern Steel knows their stuff and their work is only overshadowed by their professionalism! Jamil, their CEO, was incredibly communicative and was able to preform and complete the work ahead of schedule. He was on site to provide an estimate as well as with his crew when work commenced. Incredibly honest and fair as well in terms of pricing and scope, providing guidance throughout the process of what was truly needed to correct our failing beam. Would recommend and will 100% be using Modern Steel for future projects!

Good bang for your buck

Came on the weekend for an emergency repair...arrived early, friendly, did an excellent job. Saved my day!

I had to repair burned beams in a building and it seemed like the contractors I interviewed did not know what they were doing. I was so lucky to met Jamiel, he is a graduate civil engineer and has extensive experience plus an incredibly outfitted truck to do the most complicated jobs. He explained everything to me and I knew he knew what he was talking about. It was also logical so I could understand it. Jamiel had great repect for the damaged floor, raising it slowly so it would not crack. It came back to it's original position which saved me a lot of money in floor repairs. I was so fascinated by the work I took pictures and videos to send to my boyfriend who studied engineering. He said they did a great job. The job was done extremely quickly, firly priced and they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. Excellent work and extremely customer friendly and considerate. Highly recommend.

Jamil and his team were extremely professional and completed the project on time and within budget. We had a misunderstanding regarding the color of the finished stairway but Jamil drove my wife to pick out the correct color and had his guys repaint the stairway for an extra $100, now it looks great! Highly recommended.

My metal/concrete staircase was so rusted and was falling apart. Jamil did a great job replacing the portion that need to be fixed. He was able to work within our budget. Project was very well planned and executed! Also Jamil was very responsive to all my questions and inquires and he was very clear on the billing. I definitely will use him again.

Jamil contacted me right away and is proficient in all communication platforms! This is important in today's fast paced society. I received a quote shortly after he reviewed the job and work proceeded as planned. Other than a few minor issues (his workers missed a couple of spots of paint, but anyone could make this mistake) which were quickly corrected, he was a breath of fresh air! I will increase this to 5 stars after the fence and work lasts a few weeks. I will definitely use him and his team in the future. Wonderful professional person!

I cant say enough good things about Jamil and his team. I called on a Wednesday, He came out to give me an estimate on Thursday and by Tuesday the rail was installed! He knew I was on a tight deadline and made it happen for me! Him and his team arrived 15 min early and got right to work! He was even kind enough to add support to a different rail I had at no extra charge! The job was done great and fast! I would highly recommend to anyone needing these type of services!
