The guy came in didn't introduce himself just kind of welcomed himself in dropped his tools and started working on the shower door I was only getting estimates but figured since he was here and had the tools might as well he completed the job and had to come back to re-do the work as it was still not properly fixed he over charged me and I would not recommend him to anyone else.

The workers came to look at what needed to be done and told me exactly what they needed to do to correct the problem. I was given the cost before the work was begun. They came back two days later ( on time) and did the work that we had previously discussed. Cleanup was excellent. The original price quoted was what I paid. The bill listed all of the work that had been done.

It seems like the job was well done. Guys took their time to repair our existing shower door. Per their recommendation, we need not change the door but make do with what we have. Hopefully, it will last for a good number of years. Guys were prompt and friendly. But they did not clean up after themselves and did not send me a receipt of payment...hence the 4stars.

Quoted price was just what I wanted to spend, when the job was done I realize there's no knob or handle inside the shower so I cannt get out. LOL , I called , they scheduled a technician to come down . when they were done they left and then I got a call from customer service telling me I owe them $45 For the knob. I said that the knob should've come with the pricing how do you get out of the shower if there's no knob . I spoke to the owner, obviously didn't see it my way and I still owe them $45 which I I spoke to the owner obviously he didn't see it my way and I still owe them $45 which I definitely intend to pay someday .wink wink.

Millennium repaired heavy cracked $2000 mirror quickly. The mirror had previously fallen off the wall and cracked. Eddie explained the nails put into the frame were too short so he put longer nails into the frame. I asked if he also glued them in and his reply was yes. I also had his employee hang the mirror with hopes that it were hung professionally, perhaps it would not fall off the wall again. It did fall off the wall again. When I called Eddie to let him know, he simply said "that's bad news"! He didn't offer to repair again for discount or otherwise. This is the reason for the not so favorable review, if it had not fallen again, I would give a great review.

Eddy was punctual, neat and professional. He did a very good job and was able to do the job within 24 hours of me calling for his assistance.

Ed was top-notch in every way! Since he's new to Home Advisor, I knew I was taking a chance but I'm so glad I did. I got exactly the glass shower door that I wanted at a very fair price. I highly recommend him!
