MILL BERGEN POOL CENTER

I have been using them for years for chemicals for my spa. They have never been nice and their prices are high but they are close to home. They gave me a second date which was June 4th.  I never heard from them on June 3rd, so I started calling.  No answer, I left a message and started calling on the morning of the 4th.  I was told they no longer service Hot tubs!! Tom would not get on the phone and talk to me so I went over, he stayed in his room in the back and yelled out "we no longer service Hot Tubs", I told him I have now waited weeks and to come out and talk to me to my face.  He wouldn't and yelled out we changed the rule last night!!  He really is so Nasty and Disrespectful!!

My 70 year old parents asked Mill Bergen Pools to replace an old filter they had.  Instead of selling and installing a compatible system they installed one that had a smaller motor and one that had to be manually "bumped" several times a day.  Both my parents are of failing health and would never be able to keep up with this filter.  The filter installed shuts down every 15 minutes
I contacted Mill Bergen THE NEXT DAY and explained to them the situation I have with my parents.  I requested the filter be changed to a size compatible to the one my parents already had and asked for, and Mill Bergen has refused to exchange it!  After several attempts to get help with this small filter our only responses from Mill Bergen Pools have been extremely unprofessional and at times very insulting.
In addition to installing a filter that is too small for the size pool my parents have, installing a filter they KNEW senior citizens wouldn't be able to handle, they also mark up the prices of their inventory by over 65%.  They fully took advantage of my elderly parents thinking they would be an easy target.
We have filed suit in small claims court. This company cannot be trusted...know what you want BEFORE you go there and don't trust their recommendations. Also, if you have trouble with your purchase don't expect them to take care of you!

THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD, THEY KNOW THERE STUFF. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE ALWAYS READY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AFTER THE INSTALLATION. THE POOL HAS HELD UP VERY WELL.
