Mike's Painting

This gentleman has some serious issues. He was helpful and pleasant until he showed up to do the work. He did not bring any tools with him so one of our residents helped him with that and brought him coffee. Then he had a total meltdown when someone else asked him to use plastic sheeting to keep plaster dust from spreading. The person offered to help him, but he swore at her and walked off the job. We have never seen a tradesperson act this way. Seemed like he was spread too thin between different jobs. A surprising outcome given the good reviews. He also said Angi/Home Advisor is a greedy mega corp;. Do not recommend.

Mike was on-time, courteous, efficient, and delivered as promised. Without question, I would re-hire him for any future painting, Sheetrock repair, and/or wallpaper projects.

Mike was very responsive, arrived early, and worked quickly. Was also helpful in choosing the type of paint. His attention to detail surrounding a wall air conditioning unit was particularly impressive (and I walked in on him at one point doing a ceiling line without tape!) Would hire again.

His work was well done and he did more than I requested (the kitchen ceilings). He saw problems that I didn’t and proceeded to plaster and sand them for a flawless finish. Will hire Mike again.

Mike has done a terrific job. Totally professional, he has delivered high-quality work on our historic brownstone. He is knowledgeable about plaster, drywall, etc., and has, therefore, handled our old walls with care and at a great price. They look great! He's a real find.

MIke was on-time, totally reliable, and did a fantastic job. He was sensitive to both our tenant and our dog, which says a lot. Drywall, repair, paint work was all as expected, but mostly it was that he was trustworthy and reliable on top of it. For example, he called one night when there was unexpected rain to make sure the windows were closed (they were) and furniture wasn't still outside (it wasn't). Totally recommend him, no doubt.

Mike did a great job. He was detail oriented, upfront about all costs, punctual and great with communication. He did a beautiful job on the walls, trim and ceiling as well as some drywall repair. I would highly recommend.

Mike was a total professional. He repaired drywall after an interior flood and repainted walls and ceilings. Mike was conscientious, punctual, nice to be around, and did a great job both with the drywall repairs and the painting.
