MicroWaterMan took 2 weeks to send my order which I had to call and inquire about as I did not receive any delivery confirmation.  The Far Infrared pad was much thicker than the one that I saw online.  The pictures online showed a very thin mat with paper-thin layers in it.  This was not at all what I received which was a thick mat of 2 1/2 inches or more in thickness with a hard bottom on it.  Also, the electronic dial part had small dents and smudges on it and did not look new, being packaged in a ziplock bag.  I called to ask for a refund as I was not at all satisfied with the product and shared what I mentioned about the mat being much thcker than what was advertised online.  I put in an email that the product SHOULD include the thickness measurement as this was not in the ad, only the length and width.  I was offered a partial refund of only $223.95, and I had to pay for the entire amount to ship the misrepresented product back which cost me $33.95.  That is a total of $88.98 that I lost due to faulty, inaccurate, and incomplete online information, and I still do not have the far infrared pad that I need!  MicroWaterMan should give a full refund and also pay for the return shipping of the misrepresented item that I ordered in keeping with their policy of making sure that all customers are "satisfied" and treated "fairly" as they state on their website.
