flooring contractor
 + -1 moreThey did a terrible job and were shameless about it. They performed half of the removal and left huge mess and said they would be back in a week. As landlords we felt responsible for keeping the common spaces in the building clean so I finished the demo myself with 2 helpers. It took 2 days and was not cheap or enjoyable. When the company realized that we had done a lot of the work ourselves they said, "great". There were no apologies or price adjustment for our inconvenience or expense. When they did return the workers were rude and did sloppy, unprofessional work.
Description of Work: We had old linoleum floors removed and new linoleum installed.
