His name is Robert. He was a good guy; I liked him. He did a good job. He was honest, and he did good work. The quality was high. He was also prompt. He came when he said he was going to, which is more than many contractors. I thought his prices were good; I shopped it around a little bit. I found his pricing competitive. With regard to quality, it wasn’t perfect, but it was certainly satisfactory.
