They came two days for packing and were very patient and thorough. On the day of the move they quickly loaded up the truck and placed our goods in storage. Finally they unpacked the truck at our new location several days later. Very patient and professional. The only negative is that they don't do any trash removal after packing or unpacking.

They arrived within 10-20 minutes of the appointment time, which is understandable given finding parking is usually difficult in the neighborhood. We were quite amazed at the speed things started to get packed, moved out and disappearing from the apartment. Dimitriy (I hope I spelled it right) was most looking out and making sure things went right and smooth. Great coordination and effort. The guys were great, making sure everything is going great as well. The only reason I give an overall B is because, while the company does have credit card processing machines, it seems like they are up one moment or down another so we had to pay cash because they were down - when I booked them I was under impression that I could pay with a card, no problem. Then, a day before the appointment, I got a call from them and they said they will only accept certified checks or cash.
