He followed up afterward shortly to gauge my interest, and when I expressed such in one of the properties, worked with me to finalize the deal. There was high pressure to close the sale, though I suspect that that's typical in NY real estate.
The quality of the rehab work was good and the sellers that Massada works with were quick to correct the other deficiencies that my home inspector found. The only complaint I have here is that the property came "wired for cable and networking", but the wiring was run from jack to jack rather than to a central point (didn't conform to EIA/TIA-570, if you're a wiring person), which made it questionable for cable and non-usable for networking. On the other hand, they went above and beyond with providing appliances and fixtures, so I'm still happy (and I've recommended a wiring pro they can consult with to avoid this goof on future buildings).
I'm now the owner of a house that I'm quite happy with thanks to Massada and Ran.
