We ordered a granite countertop from them and it all went rather well until the stone was installed. They cracked one piece in a corner and were not entirely eager to let me know about it. I inspected it while they were present and detected it. It was a very difficult installation because of the way it was cut, but they should have known that when they made the template. After I complained to the manager, he offered a very small discount and also the option of having the same piece of stone removed and reinstalled, but with an additional joint were the crack occurred. The last thing we wanted at that point was to have this done all over again, so we had to really press hard to get a bigger discount and cover the mistake with something so it would not be visible.
Not what I would call an entirely ideal service. I think they realized that the template they suggested was practically impossible to do, but they should never have offered the option in the first place. In the end, we would still go back and use them, but would be very careful about everything that went on.
We also ordered some porcelain tiles for the kitchen and bath at very reasonable prices and very high quality material. They were very helpful and answered all our questions during that process.
