Traditional Stucco - Repair or Partially Replace
In April 2024, Maldonado Construction installed siding on the back wall of my property at a cost of $40,000. Recently, a piece of the siding came loose, and I?ve made several attempts over the past week to contact the company for repairs?especially given the work is supposedly backed by a ten-year guarantee. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response to my calls or emails. This experience raises serious concerns about the value of a warranty if the company refuses to stand behind its work

Very responsive , documented, and do the work exactly on time, though probably a bit on the expensive side. Replaced roof, siding, and garage with them. They did a ton of work in just a few weeks.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Great experience. They showed up early and began work immediately. Did my entire roof, plus the addition. Old roofing removed and new roofing place day 1. The next day, they completed all the gutters and vinyl siding. Took all the garbage. In fact, his team was walking around with flashlights, looking and picking up any garbage they missed. Very professional management and team.

Really enjoyed my experience with the Maldonado team. They were prompt on time, professional and did a great job with the roof. I cannot rave about MCG enough! The team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to paint my bedroom! Once the painting was finished, they made sure I was happy with the results and touched up any spots that needed touching up once it dried. Once they were completed, they cleaned up and left NO MESS! Iâ ll definitely be hiring them again for my home needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Brian and his crew were great. I had a job that needed to be done quickly. Brian came out on Friday to look at the job. He was able to give me a price then and emailed a contract to me later that day. They then were able to the job on Monday. I had someone else who gave me an outrageous price for the repair because he really wanted to sell me an entire roof. Brian did suggest a better repair for a slightly higher price than the standard, but it made sense, so I agreed. It still was much less than the other roofer. On Monday, they came on time and did a quality job. They did not rush, respected my tenants and cleaned up. I hope to use Maldonado for future work.

I selected Maldonado Construction Group LLC after consulting with more than 7 roofers. I found them to be extremely well-informed about roofs types, roof installations, roofing materials as well as current roofing rules & regulations. They did a comprehensive physical inspection of the roof and gave me 2 options of what should be done. They emailed me 2 proposals within 24 hours detailing exactly what was discussed. They DID NOT try to sell me one way or the other. It was my decision to have them install a new flat roof. Once that was decided, I was in awe of their professionalism. They met the materials delivery truck and stored the materials on the roof to begin work the next day. Once they began the work, they meticulously engaged the entire team (sometimes up to 6 people) in the installation. They were always prompt, respectful and engaging. Needless to say they are skilled, competent, and proficient. Their work is guaranteed to be free of defects for 10 years. The roofing materials are under manufacture warranty. The correct business is to hire Maldonado Construction Group LLC!

My experience was blessed. Jonathan responded to me within an hour of me putting my request in. He came out immediately and gave me an estimate. He took the time to explain everything on the estimate and even though I called and texted him multiple times he was alway courteous and explained everything thing to me. I learned a lot from him. I want to thank him and his entire crew for the job that was done. I had a few other estimates but felt that he was the right person for the job and I was blessed. I definitely would recommend his to anyone.

Skylight - Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Used Maldonado Construction group twice. Once for a leak in my skylight and another for snow removal. The skylight was fixed in under an hour and with premium commercial products not cheap retail products. I have had no issues since! The roof and the skylight are done perfectly! We called up for snow removal after the latest storm and the squeezed us in as the last appointment even after a long day of work. Cam home and my house was clean and two cars (one in driveway one in the street) were cleaned and dug out as well. They showed up with 5 guys and cleaned it up in 30 minutes. I was amazed! I definately recommend them for any home improvement and General Contracting need! AMAZING!!!!!!

The Moldanado team made the process easy. From the first time I contacted them they were responsive, professional and tried to make sure I did what was best. Jonathan sent over a reasonable quote, kept me up to date on when they could arrive. They finished the job, cleaned up (even cleaned up my tree person's mess). Would definitely work with them again. Highly recommend.
