The technician called later in the day to tell me the price for the part and if  I wanted tofix the machine.   I agreed . Returned  on Wednesday early to put in part.  He made sure it was working.  90 day guarantee on parts and labor . This is my fourth time using them . The give a time frame and call before the are on their way . Office personal and technician pleasant and professional.

They were not cheap but they fixed everything and prevented me from replacing my appliances. I feel safe with their services in my house.

Explained cause of malfunction and recommended purchase of new one.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were very nice, ordered the part I needed and repaired it quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and I haven't had a problem since. Very happy with their service and would use them again.

There were several companies to choose from. The company was perfect in every way. Responsive to calls, punctual, and we didn't have to wait long for the part. Excellent experience, would call them again for appliance repair.

The tech opened the door to my dryer, looked in and said he could see nothing wrong. I explained that the dryer was leaving caramel colored streaks on our white clothes, he said they were burns. I said I could wash them out. He said no. I washed one for a minute to show him that they were not burn marks and could be washed out. He said the mark was not lighter, just wet. I dried it with a hairdryer to show him that it was much lighter. He disagreed. He refused to examine the dryer in any way other than by opening the door. He said he would have to call someone else to figure it out. Frankly he seemed pretty ignorant of how to deal with any problem. I would not use this service again.

I will report following visit.

Efficient and friendly. Maybe a little expensive but very professional. Would use this service again.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEY HAD THE PIECE WITH THEM AND WERE ABLE TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
