Description of Work: I was very pleased with cleaning of my area rug. Jeff advised me of what the best method of cleaning would be for my type of rug. Rug was picked up and delivered as agreed. Delivery guys were courteous and accommodating. I was very pleased and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Majestic will provide the cost (dependent on the size) for routine cleaning of a rug to you when you phone. They picked up and delivered exactly when they said they would. I was particularly glad I had used them when I heard about the experience of a colleague who used a company with ABC in the name although they are not the well-known ABC carpets. They charged many times the price I had been charged by ABC and held their rugs hostage until the paid. I later read in "The Haggler" about another person having the same experience.

As always, Majestic was terrific. My rug had some stubborn stains (dog urine), and they came out. Majestic won't guarntee that the stains will be removed, but they always do a wonderful job and give new life to my rugs. Have been using them for years. You need to be flexible re timing for pickup and delivery -- Majestic will schedule the day and give you a two hour window, but they sometimes show up ahead of time.
