Description of Work: I contracted with the company to demolish and repour the cement for my stoop in Brooklyn, NY. did not haggle, accepted their fee's. Was promised they would stand by their work since this was going to be done in December 2010. By Feb 2011, the pitting and powder began to come up. They re-poured the whole job April of 2011 and had not warrenty. It began to pit and come up in powder form with cracks this past December The slabs that they used for steps are discolored and I have moss on them. When I and my family called, received a letter stating there was a warrenty (do not have one in my receipt formula). Then was asked by the receptionist to fax in my copy of receipt. After I did that, Rich of Paul will not speak with me. Was trying to get it repaired, I use a walker, am 84 years old and am very annoyed at their rushing the job and then ruining my stoop and ruining my life style. I am including photo's of the cracks, pitting and powder that is going on......

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY LEFT A MESS ALL OVER MY YARD. THE STOOP THAT THIS COMPANY MADE WAS HALF THE SIZE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. THE SIDEWALK HAS ALREADY STARTED TO CRACK.
Description of Work: TORE OUT OLD SIDEWALK, MADE NEW STOOP AND DID SOME POINTING ON MY HOME.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK PROVIDED TO ME BY M & B. THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE AND WHEN I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: TORE DOWN CHIMNEY AND REBUILT A NEW ONE.
