This company did what other security camera installers here on Long Island, including the one I paid an exorbitant amount of money to, could not. The workers responded immediately when I called about having my security cameras fixed, and were extremely professional in how they went about doing the repair. This company understands that problems do occur during the winter season and will do what is necessary to resolve it without charging you a small fortune. Not surprised that I will have to call this company back to fix yet another security camera that was installed by the expensive company, but at least I can be rest assured that my problem will be fixed it a time efficient manner and my camera correctly installed.
