+ -1 moreThis company did what other security camera installers here on Long Island, including the one I paid an exorbitant amount of money to, could not. The workers responded immediately when I called about having my security cameras fixed, and were extremely professional in how they went about doing the repair. This company understands that problems do occur during the winter season and will do what is necessary to resolve it without charging you a small fortune. Not surprised that I will have to call this company back to fix yet another security camera that was installed by the expensive company, but at least I can be rest assured that my problem will be fixed it a time efficient manner and my camera correctly installed.
Description of Work: I had contacted another company mentioned on Angie's list to do an outdoor security camera upgrade and installation of a new security dvr recorder back in September 2013. I paid this company over $5000 and within four months, 3 of my cameras stopped working. Highly frustrated and incensed with the lack of responsiveness and excuses received from this company as to why there might be a problem with the malfunctioning cameras rather than coming to fix the problem, I reached out to LOGIC Security Systems and they fixed my security camera issues within no time flat. They explained to me that the cameras were not wired correctly and the wires became loose which caused the cameras to not work.
