The installation went well. They encountered a few setbacks but were able to solve them. The DVR was at a higher HDMI than my TV and they had to use a VGA cord which they did not have.
So we had to buy it ourselves and complete the hook up of our TV to the DVR (ourselves). However we were able to see the camera recordings online (computer) and via our ipod.
They cleaned up as they did the work which was good and they respected our home. They did not just use things without asking. They explained how to use the device.
I am still waiting for the new terms that specifies the warranty which was promised on 10.20.14. This should be listed in the proposal that the works is guaranteed for 6 months and the equipment is for 1 yr with the manufacturer.
I've been waiting also for a proposal for another job. But I may need to look around. But for this project they did a good job.

dennis was very courteous and did an excellent job of measuring and installing what was needed for the job. he spent extra time measuring so that everything would look good. he consulted me of my options and what could be done for the house layout. his attention to detail was amazing. for the time, effort, and labor that went into the job, the price was very fair. i don't think you can find a better quality job than this. and yes, i would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

When me and my family moved into a new apartment, my friends refer me to Progressive Electra to do nanny cameras, burglary alarm and home theater. I needed the job to be done fast and neat, because I have two kids. The guys come on time as it was scheduled, they installed four cameras with audio, 5-zone alarm system and full home theater including wall-mount 55" TV and 7 speakers with 2 sub-woofers, smart universal remote control and IR-receiver. All cables were hidden inside the walls, and all wire management were done in a neat manner in a specially designed closet. The job was done by two technicians and it took them 2 days for wiring and 1 day for installation. Technicians did a nice job, they cleaned after themselves everyday they were done, no additional scratches were made. By the end of the job, guys took time to train me how to operate the systems, they explained to me in details, and showed me how my new systems work. The prices were very reasonable and affordable for the job they done. Later on, I had a problem with one of my system, and when I called to the company, they were able  clearly and understandably navigate me over the phone through the system and helped me resolve the problem. Overall, I can say that Progressive Electra is a professional company, who takes seriously and very responsible for projects they do. Also, their technical support is providing high level and knowledgeable services. I am thankful to my friend who refer me to Progressive Electra, and I am highly recommend them to everybody who needs the services they provide.  In the future I will defiantly use Progressive Electra's quality service for my office or home projects.

Dennis along with helpers from the Church, Igor and Mike, have done a wonderfull job. They worked hard to get it all done in one day.
When they system was creating issues, since the amplifier we used was not a new one, Dennis and Mike have made some adjustments
and fixed the problem. I am thankfull for this installation it certainly helps our liturgies to be more powerful now.

Sergei and Dennis did an amazing job.  They performed the job within the proposed time frame that was agreed upon.  They worked side by side with the Arc of Union IT Director and staff to ensure that the work was accomplished as planned.  They ensured that their work areas were safe and not disruptive to any of our services.  We highly recommend them to anybody who is seeking good quality service.

Progressive Electra met their requirements in a timely and professional manner. Their work was superb. They left each and every work area spotless as well as explained all of the details regarding system functions. They offered a support visit for any possible future inconveniences that may occur but so far so good. Their cable and wire management skills were remarkable and their attention to detail was immaculate. I would have never known that there was any work done on this facility if I didn't own it. I wouldn't have chosen any other team of technicians to complete this job. I'm very satisfied with Progressive Electra's performance. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who expects the work done on their home or office to have the utmost quality.
