I was only getting one small area rug cleaned, and after talking in circles with the manager on scope and price, I was quoted $125 on the phone. He assured me he was "giving me a deal" considering this included stain treatment. Then he gets here and says he's only going to stain treat some stains in corner for that price, and to stain treat the whole thing would be "a lot more." It's just so annoying to be trying to do something simple like get an area rug cleaned, and feel like the price is constantly being changed on you. So I said something to the effect of "whatever, I don't have time for this, just clean it" and the guy took great offense to my reaction. He was very unprofessional and rude after that. Plus he didn't even get the stains out.
