The provider was courteous, professional, and punctual. There was not a long wait time for an appointment. He also guarantees parts and labor for 6 months. I would definitely use him again.

I made an appointment on Monday for him to come yesterday. Yesterday morning he called to reschedule because his car wouldn't start. We rescheduled for the afternoon, between 2-3. 3 came and went. At 3:30, I called to follow up and see what was happening. No response. Same story at 4:30. It's very frustrating, because I have six month old twins and they haven't exactly stopped generating laundry!!! I really need this repaired. Don't waste your time going to someone who won't show up, or even pick up your calls after they miss your appointment.
