LAB TUSCAN DESIGN

I have cable tv with an old dvd/vhs player for which the remote did not work.  I bought a new Smart bluray player and a VHS player.  I have hundreds of old videocassettes which I want to still be able to watch.  This technician came to my home, hooked up all the devices so they were synchronized.  He programmed the bluray so I could get Netflix directly on my tv (what a joy) plus many others and most importantly, very patiently explained how to do everything with the remote from the cable, the bluray, and the vhs player.  He would put the bluray on and ask me how to switch to a vhs.  If I had a program he would show me what I was doing wrong and most importantly, was extremely patient giving me plenty of time to write everything down which I did.  I've had no problems since.  He charged me $80 for his services and I gave him a tip of $20 which he more than deserved.  I would highly recommend him.

Louie visited three times, the first to go over my needs (no charge) and two half-day sessions to get the work completed. I'm totally satisfied: everything works correctly, and he managed to make it uncomplicated in operation so that I (and my wife) don't need to re-learn it each time we want to operate the system. Louie was able to work around my schedule since he preferred that I was there to consult with while he worked -- one time came after work and stayed into the evening, another time began early in the morning. He came up with some ingenious solutions to get around the inevitable incompatibilities among various devices and still kept it simple.

Louis showed up on time, sorted out my mess of old wires and hooked everything up properly. He even added my XM radio to my receiver so I no longer have to rely on the rather patchy wireless signal. My surround sound works perfectly again. He made some excellent suggestions and is going to help me select a plasma TV.
