They sent us someone that wand up milking us. The bill was totally padded. The person presented himself has a professional plumber. He was extremely polite and competent. He was satisfactory in everything that he did the price was outrageous though. It turned out he was extremely wily and untrustworthy. He disappeared with an expensive chandelier. He showed up with it after we contacted a garage owner. He became an impossible problem He charged us an extra $62,000 in access and the items were so insane. I want that money back.

When I have had this done in the past I have been billed $100-125 from different plumbing companies.  The problem re-occurred two days later.  I called back, and they won't come out unless we pay them more.  I think they should come out and take a further look, and work with me.  I have called, and they hang up on me.  I feel they took advantage of my young tennant.

Plumber arrived and started breaking walls in kitchen and bathroom to get to the pipe, had no idea where he was breaking; milked the job for 10 hours over a two day period; went to the hardware store first for a 5" inch pipe, then when it didn't fit, went back for a 7" pipe -- when it was quite obvious he needed an 6"pipe. Milked the job totally. Wanted to replace pipes that didn't need to be replaced, break walls that didn't need to be broken. On the phone with over 25 calls helping someone else on another job, which I got billed for. Found one damaged pipe, replaced it, then found another damaged pipe BEHIND the pipe that he had just replaced, resulting in removing the finished pipe and then repairing both. THEN found a pipe that was supposedly going to be a problem, and had to go break the walls in the bathroom to get to that pipe. Totally dragged out this work at $1,500.00. Went to the store multiple times to buy materials that I got billed for, that he didn't even use, just stocked his truck with things. Then said "I notice you didn't put a tip". I told him, you rounded up a half hour at $150.00 an hour, you talked on the phone -- which i paid for -- and yes, I did not put a tip on the receipt. Before that, it was only when I told him "I get the feeling you don't know what you're doing" that he stopped milking the job and was done 30 minutes later. I got robbed/suckered, but I learned a valuable lesson.
