WELL THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING OUT THE CHIMNEY. I ALSO THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT BECAUSE THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
