Description of Work: We purchased our cabinets, floor tile, and had our granite countertop cut. They were more than accommodating, and the quality of the cabinets is very good.

 + -1 moreThe first counter installed didn't fit. It was cut crooked, so there were gaps along wall and the front edge was crooked. I had to hassle them to bring us a new counter, and they did. The replacement counter had a defect in it. There was a mark on it that looked like there was something wrong with the polish. I had to hassle them to send someone to work on the defect, and the team sent actually made it worse. The company never rectified the defect, despite much complaining and to this day we have a large semicircle defect in the polish on out counter.
