They were hooked up with the utility company, so they hired anybody that could get a uniform on. I would not use them again in the future.

We've been totally satisfied with the service Key Span provides. They come when they say they will and are quick to respond to emergencies in the middle of winter. They always seem to be very professional and courteous.

You know, I can't say this company is bad. I like the people they hire. They're a nice group. The thing is, I have to call and set up my appointments for cleanings with them. They used to call me to remind me but they have since stopped that. Also, if I have an emergency, they will come to help but it takes like three days and like recently when my a/c wasn't working, I needed someone faster than that. In general though, they are good and I'm satisfied enough with them.
