Description of Work: My tenants have informed me that there has been an increasing buildup of mold in the bathroom. There is not a switched fan in the bathroom, but there is an air grille in the ceiling. I would hope/assume that the grille is attached to a constantly running fan somewhere on the exterior of the building, but haven't verified this. I'd like to see if someone can check on this and see if its working properly.
