I CALLED THEM AND WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY NICE AND CAREFUL NOT TO MESS UP ANYTHING ELSE.
