I contracted with Junk Shark to clean out my garage. They came over and provided me an estimate of $450, which I thought was fair. Prior to completing the job, my daughter cleared out some of her belongings as well as one of my tenants, so it was less to clean out than what I was quoted for. After the work was done by Junk Shark, I asked to pay him and he told me it was $650, and as a woman living by myself, I didn't feel comfortable disputing the extra $200. I feel that I've been intimidated and deceived. I don't want others to have to go through this.

Reached out extremely quickly, Jeff got here when he said he would and was careful and courteous.

Jeff is a nice guy and was very thorough and fast and did a great job of dismantling an old piece of heavy furniture and carting it out of the house. Great job at a fair price. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
