Jose's Refrigerator & Stove

They are pretty good; they are reliable and usually have what I need. They deliver and come to me also. They call, they are convenient, and they are quick to help me out. They are reasonable too. I have got deliveries form them and my used stove looks like new; it cost less than $100. They fix things very nicely and they make them look brand new, inside and out.

I bought a 1950s Wedgewood stove off of Ebay and the burners didn't light properly, I smelled gas, and the oven wouldn't light. I got Jose's number from our contractor who had used him for the stove in his apartment. Jose's voicemail's outgoing message seems a little crotchety, but he was not at all in person. He really took the time to go over my stove with a fine-tooth comb to make every burner work as well as could be. He gave me great advice about taking care of the stove and also recommended I didn't upgrade some parts because the old ones were cheaper and last longer.
He's really old-school and I look forward to hiring him again, but my stove works so well I don't think I'll need to. He takes his job seriously and really knows what he's doing.
