I was very pleased. First time a plumber knew what he was doing

They are great peopel. From the receptionist who is very polite and efficient to teh plumbers who are professional, courtious and punctural. I and many of my friends have used them for years and love them. They generally send the same person so they get to konw you and your house/apt. would not hesitate to recommend.

Expensive. Didn't tell me how much it would be until he was finished. It took him 90 seconds to remove the broken piece of the shower diverter. 5 minute drive to the store to purchase the part for less than 20$ and then 3 minutes to put it back in. Didn't get his hands dirty. Didn't open a wall or cut a pipe. Only used a plier and a screwdriver. My jaw dropped when he said 245$. Mind boggling where he got that price from. Makes me sick. Would not use again!

They took a piece of wood and used it to prop something up and broke it. It was a piece of wood made specifically to keep the back door closed. They also left my place a mess. I would not recommend them.

I was very satisfied with the response time, courtesy and professionalism of the repairmen. The heat in the house went out the day before, I called in the morning and was told someone would be there by early afternoon since they had other jobs in Brooklyn. One of the repairmen (there were 2) found the problem, explained the problem to me, and the approximate price, then went to pick up the part that was needed. I would definitely recommend JJM Services, and use their services again. The "C" grading on the price should not be taken as a negative, I'm cheap and hate paying for repairs.

We had a very pleasant time during the entire project. We meet with the electricians and they were so polite. They really treated us with allot of respect. The work the did was fantastic. They wasted no time in getting their part of the project completed. We have used them for much smaller jobs in the past. They are very experienced. They have some of the greatest prices around for their services.

The only thing this company could improve upon would be their prices. They are a little on the higher side. They do quality work and make sure you feel satisfied at the end of the day. I would give them my business again for any plumbing needs we had in the future.
