I was having some work done on my front steps when the mason leaned on my front fence, and it fell onto the sidewalk. It had been leaning more and more over the years, but I never thought it would just collapse like that. I'd seen Jimmy's truck across the street from my house last year and took a photo, since I knew I'd need to fix the fence eventually. So with the number from the side of the truck I called him up - this was late on a Friday afternoon. He told me he could come by around 6:30 to look it over. We'd gotten the fence back up & tied off to my neighbor's in the meantime. Jimmy came by and said he could definitely fix it, but not until Tuesday, since he was booked solid. Fortunately he found an opening, came by on Sunday morning, and the fence is now more solid than it has been since we bought the house 18 years ago. Showed up on time; did the job right and for the agreed-upon price. What more can you ask for?
