About us

JC Compact Computer is a repair shop that specializes in computer, console, and tablet repair of any brand. Since 2001 we have provided our clients in the Bushwick community with affordable repairs on their computers no matter the brand and how old the operating system is. For consoles and tablets the same philosophy is followed. For software issues, we provide same or next day service, while for hardware issues an estimate on the time frame will be given after the computer is diagnosed. Our mission is to listen to the concerns of everyone who comes to our store in order to provide them with the best service as possible.

IF I WAS TO BUY A WARRANTY, WHICH I DID, I WOULDN'T DO IT AGAIN. IT TOOK THREE MONTHS FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE AND ACTUALLY SEND SOMEBODY HERE. NOW THAT IT IS FUNCTIONING, THOUGH, IT IS GOOD.
