basement remodeling
 + -1 moreJon Nelson quoted a lowball price verbally and then inflated the charges based on "time & materials". Did not inform me of any changes to the work effort or price so it came as quite a surprise. All he was supposed to do was the above 4 tasks and for this he wanted to charge close to $4,000. I talked him down but paid almost $3,000 in the end. In addition, he took his time to chat up the female tenants. I received complaints from the tenants after the job was done. Overall, a very unprofessional, unethical plumber. Best to steer clear of this individual.
Description of Work: 1. Replaced a toilet 2. Fixed 2 leaking toilets 3. Fixed a leaking radiator 4. Replaced 16 radiator valves
