I think everything turned out pretty good with them. The purchase went well and they were able to come out the next day to do the installation. The only complaint I had was that the installers worked a little too quickly. We didn't have any opportunity to have any discussion with them.

Professional, courteous, considerate and kept the mess down. Did what needed to be done. There was a guarantee with this and if I have any problems I will get in touch with them.

I used them around Christmas. I bought a high in stove and it was one that was not easy to come by.  They took a tremendous amount of work finding the stove and installing the stove last year. This year tone of the burners were not igniting. The repair man came out and he worked at it until it got fixed. They have also taken care of my AC system too. He knows me by name and I have been a client of his for about 35 years. It is a family business and I have recommended them to others to him as well.

The repairman came early.  I wasn?t home yet, but he called me on my cell and waited until I got there (about five minutes).
He was professional and polite.  He was efficient, found the problem right away, and fixed it to my satisfaction.  I was able to pay with a credit card, which I appreciated.
What was most outstanding was when I called to make the appointment, the person I talked to told me how to try to fix the problem myself rather than immediately send out a repairman.  Had his suggestion worked, he would not have gotten the repair fee, but he was willing to give that up to save me the cost of an unnecessary repair.  I was very impressed at his honesty and integrity.

They will send people to the house to help with assembly. They do all kinds of repairs. Over the years, they have been a great company to work with.
