IFTE CONTRACTING

Ifte and team wre very punctual, communicative, and professional. Ifte freely discussed ideas and options regarding work to be done. They helped us move furniture and roll up area rugs and then helped us put it all back. He was on-site at least part of every day and was always in the loop. Team worked with focus and were fast and neat. If there was any uncertainty about a color or finish, they always checked with us and If we noticed something we thought should be addressed they took care of it without issue. Ifte's replacement of the cracked bath wall tiles is spot on! Tin ceilings now look smooth and terrific! Caulking is now a nice thin, even line around tub and ceiling. They finished a little ahead of schedule and Ifte told us if there were any issues to contact him. Turns out there is a minor caulk issue in an area that has always been a problem and medicine chest door needs an adjustment. We contacted him and he immediately responded with a probable day to come over (will be after this review). The whole experience was about as unstressful as these types of things can be because we felt we were in capable and conscientous hands.

Excellent. Ifte is a hard worker, dedicated to doing an excellent job and earning his customers' respect. All the work was done quickly and efficiently; on schedule. The work area was left clean and unencumbered each night so we could use the kitchen while the job was in process. His prices are VERY fair and he takes pride in his work and the relationship with his customer. His approach is creative and tries to keep costs down. Over the years, I've recommended him to others who used him and have had the same excellent experience.

IFTE Contracting did a good and clean work and they are reasonably priced. They were prompt also. We would use IFTE Contracting in the future.
