He initially quoted me at $15000, then raised $2500 for expedited services, and he did not resolve any of the issues he promised to resolve, and now he does not want to do any of the work.

If I knew then ( when I hired the company), what I know now I would never have hired Hi-Tech Environmental LLC. We signed the contract on May 25th for the abatement and still the work has not been completed. The job should take 5 days to complete, and we are going into month two. All I am hearing is delays and excuses. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend the company to anyone including my worst enemy.

Quick service, friendly atmosphere, good price. I called on Monday to request a lead-based inspection, a guy came on Tuesday to do an inspection, and then I got a report the next day.

A lead abatement was done, after inspection. This involved encapsulation of those walls found to contain harmful amounts of lead with a special inspection device used according to guidelines instituted by HPD. Appropriate, notorized papers were issued following this process. All individuals involved were courteous.
