From start to finish Mr. Grimsley was very polite and understanding. I asked him question after question and he never once stumbled or had any indication that he didn't know his material! He was very knowledgeable and moved through the task with great efficiency all the while I was bugging him with questions. I highly, HIGHLY recommend him!
