Description of Work: Renovated entire tenant apartment and small work here and there in my home. The price was mostly labor as I provided most of the material. Very professional and hard working. Brings entire team with him which did cause him to be late from time to time. Entire project was 5 weeks. He does not overprice the work as compared to others who gave me estimates. If you treat him with respect he does not pinch your money for small quick work. I would approve him for any work.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job, they were timely and they worked all day.The only thing I did not find professional was his guys that came to do the work that they would help themselves to food we had there they did not ask and they would also leave their lunch bags laying around.

+ 1 moreHenry was prompt,courteous and honest. His crew arrived in the morning and worked solid all the days they were there. Henry and his crew are top notch!!!! We will be calling him again to finish the other side of the kitchen, as soon as we can.
Description of Work: They installed the kitchen cabinets, completely redid the ceiling, put in the tile floor under the appliances, then installed the appliances. The job was well done and this part of the kitchen looks lovely!!!

+ 15 moreI have been using Henry Construction Services, Corp., for about a year now (April 14th, 2011) and I have been very pleased with the service. Henry Calderon, the owner, is what I would expect from a good contractor: He is punctual, true to his word, knowledgeable in wide technical areas, and take great pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable. Our next-door neighbor who has moved in the last year recommended Henry Calderon to us. Our neighbor also owns a large brownstone, and has used Henry's services for extensive repairs and re-modeling of his back and front gardens, and his house. My wife and I own a large old brownstone, built in 1885, in Manhattan, and we have used Henry's services for maintaining our house.
