Architectural Service
The architects drew the prints and had flats skylights on a flat roof, which needed to be sloped so any water would run off. The architect and the contractor did not communicate, and when I complained about the contractor removing the drain system the architect ignored it, and he did not have in his drawings what the new drain system should be. He did not file for completion of the project with the Department of Buildings, and in fact when I began to complain had to bring new prints, which changed the skylights to sloped instead of flat and reinstalling the old drainage system in new position. He agreed to get a new contractor and resubmitted the new prints, which he did. He called a new contractor in and said he would pay for all the work, but when the estimate came he reversed himself and now is stating that I should pay for the new work that he and the contractor have already been paid for.
