Regarding your payment, we see no overcharge on our side and would like to address your concern immediately. Initially, you were quoted for a Mint Green Service with two cleaners however, when the cleaners arrived, it was reveal that this was a Post Construction service which needed more than two cleaners and additional hours to be completed. The cleaner was prompt and thorough. Everything was sparkling when I got home. Most importantly, she listened to my specific instructions and did exactly what I asked. I could not be more pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again.

It was $150 for 4 hours. The value wasn't there. It was not good. The company did a good job following up with us except they sent a coupon for my wife's birthday and then told us that we couldn't use it. They said it was only for people that regularly use them.

Greenhouse does a great job every time I've used them. Their staff are very thorough and communicative, and often go above and beyond a standard cleaning if there are specific areas of work you request. The company will call and let you know when their staff have arrived and finished so that there's no concern about hourly pricing; will call to ask questions about anything that comes up; and will request extra time before just going ahead and charging you for it. And I've never had a single concern about safety or security of my apartment despite typically not being home during the cleaning. Pricey service, but very trustworthy.

They send out the same cleaning person each time, for the most part. If it will be changing, they will send a notice or ask if it is okay. They use eco-friendly products harsh chemicals. They do a good job. They have been very accommodating and flexible if I need to change my schedule.

The company's cleaner did an acceptable job cleaning the apartment but for the second time, the work was sloppy, many things in the apartment were moved, and cleaning items were left out in the middle of the room. While the cleaner did an OK job cleaning the inside of the fridge, items were moved all over the place and caps to items were missing and not replaced. The granite countertops were left streaked.
