Most important: we had six or seven weeks between the time we bought the apartment and the time we wanted to move in and Green Conversions finished on time and on budget. Alex Trivizas made lots of good suggestions during the renovation and was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. We were very pleased with the work. Alex even had his crew give us a hand hanging pictures and shelves when they were in our building a couple of times after they had finished the project. A year later, they also came back and built a second storage cabinet for us.
Description of Work: Green Conversions completely renovated our studio apartment, including the installation of new kitchen cabinets, counter, tile floor and appliances, a new wood floor and new doors, and skim-coating and painting all the walls and ceiling. They also built and installed custom cabinetry for books and storage.

Alex, the owner, is very responsive to any concerns and makes sure that a very high quality of workmanship is maintained. We worked closely together during the 3 month renovation to make sure all the details were right. Inevitably, changes are made and problems arise, but I felt Alex's top priority was getting me what I wanted. His team is very professional and pleasant to work with. Green Conversions stand behind their work and have always returned promptly to fix any issues that I've encountered even after the renovation was finished. I would definitely use them again for any future projects that I have. They came back 3/3/16 to handle something in my kitchen and fixed the problem right away.
Description of Work: Green Conversion did an extensive renovation to my coop one bedroom apartment. Kitchen: -opened wall to living room -installed cabinets -tiled backsplash -tiled floor -moved plumbing installed all appliances -installed sconces and overhead light fixture -installed breakfast counter -fabricated and installed custom cabinet with pull out pantry Bathroom: -installed wall mounted vanity -installed floor tiles -installed toilet -installed light fixture -installed towel bars and hooks Bedroom: -constructed new closet -modified existing closet -installed new door General: -installed hardwood floors -skim coated and painted all walls and ceiling -removed crown moulding -removed and replaced base boards -painted windows -changed all doors and door knobs -assembled and modified HVAC covers

His crew was as excellent - very professional at all times and kept the apartment very clean and in order. We are thrilled with the work and only wish we had more for him to do! I would highly recommend this company for any work - big to small. Alex checked in with me every day to make sure I was happy. Before making any decisions, we would walk through various options.
