The provider did not bring "green" cleaning products, so I had to supply them. They did not clean the bathrooms or the kitchen thoroughly, leaving countertops and shows dirty. They only vacuumed well.

They come with a van and all of the supplies so that you don't have to have anything here because the house was empty. One girl showed up from the subway with a napsack. She had no supplies and didn't clean anything. I called them and they actually had to come back, they sent a guy with a van this time and he said that the place hadn't been cleaned at all. He didn't use the right products and on top of that, yes he cleaned as much as he could, but we spent another four days cleaning after the three hours he had spent. I would pay whatever it took for the place to be clean but none of those things happened.
