They are pretty good.  I might have got them on the yellow pages or something.  They are in Brooklyn and they do roofing for the most part but I think they are general contractors as well.  I think they specialize in water proofing and they are really good.  I would recommend them.  I'm going to use them again because we sought of staged work so they are going to do additional work to my roof and potentially do work to the façade of the building as well.  There was a leak on the second floor and they said to check that out for a couple of months and see if it leaks and there was a leak.  They came back and addressed it at no additional charge which was really good.  We went with them because they were listed in Yellow pages and there were actually good reviews.  I also based it on the fact as they were contractors based in Brooklyn which tend to be cheaper than other contractors.  Their price was pretty good.  They tend to be busy and in demand.
